Terms of Service

By booking an appointment or using the services of Tasha's Hair Takeout Service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments & Booking

​

All appointments must be booked through our website or approved booking platform. Accurate service selection and hair details are required at the time of booking to ensure proper scheduling.

​

Deposits & Payments

​

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service total. Remaining balances are due at the time of arrival before being serviced. all payments are service through secure third-party platforms and we do accept cash payments

​

Cancellations & No-Shows

​

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or future booking restrictions.

​

Late Policy

​

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit if we cannot agree on a appointment date and time within 30 days of original appointment unless discussed, as late arrivals affect scheduled appointments.

​

Hair Condition & Service Disclaimer

​

Clients must disclose the condition of their hair prior to service. Services may be refused or adjusted if the hair condition differs significantly from what was booked (including excessive matting, buildup, or unapproved styles). Additional fees may apply when extra time or care is required

.

Health & Safety

​

We prioritize the health of your natural hair. While we use gentle techniques, Tasha's Hair Takeout is not responsible for pre-existing damage, shedding, or scalp conditions.

​

Children & Guests

​

To maintain a professional and relaxing environment, no additional guests or children are permitted unless previously approved.

​

Travel

​

We travel up to 30 minutes from the Richmond, VA area with a basic travel fee. Additional fees apply for locations beyond this range. Please contact us for further travel details or questions.

Refund Policy

​

All services are final. No refunds are issued once services have been rendered.

​

Right to Refuse Service

​

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, health, or policy violations.

​

Policy Updates

​

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
